The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye is celebrating his 82nd birthday on Saturday.
Adeboye popularly called Daddy G.O. led the RCCG congregation in the special Holy Ghost Service dedicated to his birthday on Friday where he spoke about the numerous kindness of God for his life.
The revered man of God was a university don before he became the leader of the church in 1981 as he was passed the baton by the late founder of the church, Rev Josiah Olufemi Akindayomi.
RCCG members worldwide and other Christian ministries have continued to send warm wishes to Adeboye.
Winners Chapel International led by Bishop David Oyedepo in its X account wrote, “Happy birthday to a great Father, mentor, teacher, and so much more @PastorEAAdeboye.
“We celebrate you and we are grateful for the blessing and example you are to the body of Christ.
“Here’s to many more years full of strength in Jesus’ name, amen!
