It is with a heavy heart that we announce the resignation of Pastor Idowu Iluyomade from his pastoral duties at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). Pastor Iluyomade, who served as the Regional Pastor of City of David, Region 20, has made the decision to step down following a three-month suspension and subsequent redeployment to the Throne of Grace parish in Ebute Meta.
Pastor Iluyomade’s dedication to his congregation and his unwavering faith have been a beacon of light for many. His decision comes after much prayer and reflection, and he wishes to express his deepest gratitude to the RCCG community for their support over the years.
While his resignation is yet to be accepted by the RCCG governing council, Pastor Iluyomade remains committed to his spiritual journey and the broader Christian mission. We ask that you respect his privacy during this time of transition.
