Banky W, a singer-turned-pastor, and his wife Adesua shared an incredible testimony about how they miraculously got a baby boy after years of waiting, unsuccessful IVF attempts, and having previously missed a pair of twins.

”We married in 2017 after Banky disturbed my life and I said, ‘OK, let’s get married.’

We had mapped out our life and decided that this is what will happen; we’d be so distracted that we may as well get the kids out of the way. Let’s do that right now and see what happens. Nothing came after that.” – As mentioned by Adesua.

“I recall having a conversation with Banky in which I said, “Let’s do IVF.” Banky said, “Calm down, it’s just been a year.” Give it a year to see what happens.

A year had passed. When it was 11 months and a couple of days, I said to myself, “Oh, how far have we come?”
It’s been a year since we last spoke. Let’s go ahead and pursue IVF. We prayed for it as well. We prayed, and by God’s grace, we were pregnant with twins.”

Adesua described their first year of marriage as a spiral of disappointment because she was anxious to skip her period and get pregnant. She also mentioned how she received serious trolling from people online who told her to go get pregnant.
