Jlyricz, a Nigerian Christian singer-songwriter, has released an acoustic version of his recent hit “Dike,” which was released two weeks ago.

Dike earned great reviews upon its release because of its honest lyrics and sensitivity, which is something we don’t often see in Christian music, and because it’s all from the heart.

Dike (Acoustic version) brightens the song and gives it a more energetic vibe than the original version, and it is Jlyricz’s favorite of the two.

He says this about this version: “It’s likely that if I’d gotten the version sooner, I’d have published it as the original and the previous one as an alternate, but we just finished the acoustic version a week before the original’s publication, and I’m completely in love with it. Though I enjoy both, I think I prefer the acoustic, but we’ll have to wait and see how it’s appreciated.I’m confident it will be positive “..
