Renowned Nigerian-American gospel artist Jumbo Aniebiet, popularly known as “Jumbo,” is set to grace the stage at the prestigious World Leaders U.S. President Inaugural Ball. Scheduled for January 20 to January 21, 2025, this event marks a significant moment in Aniebiet’s career as he shares his uplifting music with dignitaries and guests from around the globe. Both he and Nathaniel Bassey have been selected for performances at Donald Trump’s inaugural ball though at different locations.
Born in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, Jumbo has cultivated a diverse musical journey that spans genres from gospel to jazz. His unique sound has garnered him collaborations with notable artists such as Nathaniel Bassey and Deborah Lukalu, establishing him as a prominent figure in the gospel music scene. His powerful performances are characterized by melodious vocals and captivating trumpet lines, making him a sought-after minister of music.
Aniebiet’s participation in the inaugural ball highlights his commitment to spreading messages of hope and love through music. His recent works, including the album Pages, showcase his evolution as an artist and his dedication to uplifting communities through worship.
