Critically acclaimed singer/songwriter Jason Gray is set to debut his first children’s book, ‘Sparrows’, on October 22, 2024. Inspired by his popular, award-winning song of the same name, this heartwarming book encourages children to trust God with their worries and know that He loves and cares for them.
‘Sparrows’ tells the story of Ellie, a little girl who struggles with stuttering and learns to overcome her anxiety by trusting God. The book is geared towards children ages three to eight and aims to teach them about love, kindness, and compassion in the face of challenges.
“I’ve always dreamed of writing a children’s book,” says Jason Gray. “When Centricity Music offered to partner with me, we brainstormed a storyline that would be meaningful and age-appropriate. Collaborating with co-writer Jes Woller, we created a story that reflects my own experiences with a speech impediment and the importance of trusting God.”
