It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Kofi Owusu Dua Anto, popularly known as KODA, a cherished icon in the Ghanaian gospel music industry. KODA departed this life on Sunday, April 21st, 2024, at the age of 46, leaving behind a legacy of faith, hope, and love through his music.

KODA was a gifted singer, songwriter, music producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose soulful compositions and positive influence will be dearly missed. His music, including hits like “Nkwa Bodo” and “Yapai,” brought comfort and inspiration to many, transcending boundaries and touching hearts across the nation and beyond.

As we mourn the loss of KODA, we also celebrate his extraordinary life and the indelible mark he left on the world of gospel music. His dedication to his craft and his unwavering commitment to spreading the gospel message through song have been an inspiration to us all.

We extend our deepest condolences to KODA’s family, friends, and the countless fans who admired his work. His spirit will continue to live on through the melodies he created and the lives he touched.
