‘Restore the Joy’ is an up-tempo, catchy track that speaks of God’s ability to restore joy, peace, love and double everything that has been lost or stolen. With its roots in Isaiah 61, particularly verses 4 and 7, the song is one of joy and hope, encouraging the listener of better times ahead, if not right now.
The award-winning choir director and singer-songwriter took many by surprise when announcing that she was recording her debut solo worship EP last month and announcing an evening of worship in Coventry next week Tuesday 13 November, featuring the phenomenal Mark Beswick. Set to continue the trend of surprises, she releases her first track, ‘Restore the Joy’, from the forthcoming EP ‘The Worship Must Go On’ soon.
