The dew is a spontaneous worship single received and written by the band’s leader, Pastor Olanrewaju Kolawole, while on the mission fields in a rural part of Ekiti State, where he was struck with a high fever and prayed with his friend Pst Olufarati Femi, and the heavens opened and the lyrics were received.

“The knowledge of God’s presence places the believer in a position of advantage and rest even in the vagaries of life,” the song says.

Olanrewaju Kolawole is a prophetically gifted Bible teacher. He’s a ghostwriter, novelist, editor, and songwriter, among other things. He is known as “Pastor Lanre,” and while he has never been in the choir, he receives songs and melodies in place of Bible study and prayer.

The Dew is the band’s first release, and it was inspired by a desire to be more aware of God’s presence and the Spirit’s power in the believer’s daily life. Regardless matter the situation, God is with you!
