God’s healing name is Jehovah Rapha. Rapha is a name that not only heals, but also heals, mends, and repairs. Rapha (râpâ) is a Hebrew word that means “to restore” or “to heal.”
In Jeremiah 30:17 The Almighty promised to Restore our Health and Heal our wounds and in Jeremiah 33:6 He promised to Heal our Nation, restore our health and give us Peace and security.
We don’t just need God for healing when our bodies are sick. God’s healing touches every aspect of our lives, including our physical, emotional, moral, and interpersonal relationships.
At every stage of our lives, we should be asking God for healing in our bodies, lives, businesses, ministries, and families. I pray that as we pray and worship God, this song will activate these promises of God in our lives and in our nation.
Only God can bring us long-term healing from our wounds.
